Stephanie Kickert
Stephanie Kickert holds a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing an d organisational development from the University of Mannheim and Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Montpellier. She has been a certified CSR manager of the Nuremberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Middle Franconia and Sustainable Mentor since 2020.
She has worked for over 20 years in marketing and communications on the industry and agency side in Germany and abroad for national and international industrial and tech companies with a strong B2B focus. As a manager, she has developed national and international marketing and communication strategies with her teams and successfully implemented them in practice. This included digital and analogue brand building campaigns, upselling and cross-selling campaigns, as well as awareness campaigns, internal and external communication measures and various event concepts.
As a certied CSR manager and sustainable mentor, she supports companies of all sizes in their sustainable transformation. Her focus here is primarily on strategy development. She understands sustainability as a management system that integrates the entire value chain. The implementation of social and ecological sustainability in corporate practice is particularly important to her. She advises on ESG reporting and supports the development process for sustainability reports in accordance with DNK, GRI and CSRD.
People as drivers of economic and social transformation are ath the centre of her work. She promotes employee empowerment and activation as well as corporate social responsibility in her corporate social engagement projects.
